Toronto District School Board
Before I started going to work at Think Interactive, I did a little
training at the Toronto District School Board training centre over at Eva
Road. My instructor was Agnes Liang who is a free-lance graphic designer.
She would work in the morning and teach my class in the afternoon. The
first day was kind of weird, as I arrived at Eva Road kind early because I
was misinformed of when I was supposed to be there. I also couldn't figure
out where the board suite was in the building as it was not listed on the
directory in the lobby. The class and I had a round table discussion in
which we introduced ourselves to each other. I soon realized that the
majority of the people in my class had little or no experience using graphics
software on a computer.
